How I work

From first conversation to delivery.

Four steps, one point of contact. You always know where we stand and what's needed from you.

  1. We sit down together

    We start with a conversation. What does your business do, who do you want to reach, and what should a visitor end up doing? I keep asking until I know what it comes down to for you. After that you know what it costs and when your site goes live.

  2. I design and custom make it

    Your site starts with an empty screen. I tune the design and structure to your story and your customers. The code is custom, so there's no theme, page builder or plugin layer underneath. With every decision I weigh up what it means for security. That's a good deal easier up front than afterwards.

  3. We stay in close contact

    If I'm unsure about a decision, I get in touch. If you come up with something along the way, I'm just as glad to hear it. You don't have to wait for a scheduled review, and you won't get a bill for a phone call.

  4. Your site goes live

    Tested on phone, tablet and laptop, and checked for speed and security. You see the complete website working first during a live demo, in person or via screen share. After that comes the final payment and final delivery.

You get every file and put it wherever you want. No lock-in and no passwords left sitting with me.

I arrange hosting, the domain and the technical side around it. You don't have to think about it at all.

Optional Maintenance alongside it, for as long as you want: technical updates, a security and performance check every quarter, and small changes.
