Yes. The assistant can be set up separately from a new website, as long as it can be placed on your site.
What happens when it doesn't know something?
Then it says so. I set it up so that an answer has to be grounded in your information. If that grounding is missing, it stops rather than inventing certainty of its own.
Can it say things that are wrong?
An AI assistant can make mistakes. That's why it gets a clearly bounded knowledge base and instructions not to guess beyond that information.
How long does it take to set up?
That depends on how much the assistant needs to know and how complete that information already is. We agree up front what goes in and when the first version is ready to test.
How are the usage costs calculated?
Building it starts from € 750 excl. VAT. After that it's pay as you go: you're only billed for what you use. So the amount differs per month and is invoiced monthly in arrears.
Can I switch it off later?
Yes. The assistant can be taken off the site later. For as long as it's running, you only pay for what's actually used.
